By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. 3. Service Description

The Service provides online AI-powered video generation tools. Features, models, and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Some features require payment or the use of Credits. Fees are due in advance and displayed before purchase. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law or approved at our discretion. Unused Credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or misleading content, including non-consensual deepfakes or disinformation;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized API clients to access the Service;
• Resell or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written consent;
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other usage restrictions.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any text, images, prompts, or other materials you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

AI-generated outputs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that outputs are original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you the rights to outputs generated for your account. This does not include our underlying models, technology, or intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality and API Keys

If you receive API keys or access tokens, keep them secure and do not share them. You are responsible for all use of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe they have been compromised.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
